Fear of Being Judged
You move through your work with a sense of being observed. Not supported — evaluated. Every action feels like a test you didn’t know you were taking.
You worry that colleagues are noticing your hesitations. You worry that managers are interpreting your silence. You worry that your work is being compared, ranked, or quietly criticised.
It becomes exhausting to show up authentically. You start to curate your behaviour, your tone, your contributions. You speak less. You share less. You risk less.
The fear of being judged becomes a constant background noise — a hum that shapes how you show up long before anyone says a word.
