Fear of Not Being Good Enough
You carry a quiet belief that everyone else is coping better than you. That they understand more. That they’re more confident, more capable, more “professional.”
You push yourself to keep up. You take on more work than you should. You hide your uncertainty. You pretend you’re fine.
But inside, you’re constantly measuring yourself against an invisible standard. And no matter how much you achieve, the feeling doesn’t shift.
The fear of not being good enough becomes a lens you see yourself through — one that makes your strengths harder to recognise and your struggles harder to name.
